Puppies will learn basic on-leash obedience in an interactive manner, while in the company of other puppies.  No previous training experience is required.

AKC Urban CGC with Suzy: Saturdays at 1:30pm starting 9/14 $150 for 5 weeks

The Urban CGC title recognizes those dogs who are well trained and have good manners in a public setting. This test can be taken after a dog completes the AKC CGC or at the same time.

AKC Urban CGC requires that the dog demonstrate CGC skills and beyond in an urban setting. As with Canine Good Citizen, AKC Urban CGC has a 10-step test of skills that dogs must pass to earn the official AKC Urban CGC title. This is a title that appears on the dog’s title record at AKC.

The class covers all of the items on the test with practice in an urban setting. We will meet at various locations, near to Barley’s, such as public parks and dog friendly businesses.

Training for the standard CGC Test can be done along with the Urban class, for an additional fee of $25.

Call us to sign up for a dog training class at 801-467-6069 or email any questions to training@swimatbarleys.com.
